If you are a current user of Identi-Kit and having difficulty getting automatic updates or the computer does not have Internet access, you can login here to download library updates. Call 866-414-9286 if you need your username and password.
To verify that your Identi-Kit application is getting updates, connect to the internet, open Identi-Kit, select Library->Update from Web; a dialog box is displayed that your library is up to date. For technical support, call 866-414-9286.
